The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred date or stay window, location, guest count, selected experience and any notes you choose to add. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through the form. You can also indicate your preferred package.
How it is used
The details are used to assess and answer your private dining enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up about that request. The enquiry is sent to [email protected] through FormSubmit. The site does not take payments or include advertising analytics in this build.
Service providers and retention
FormSubmit processes the form submission. Its published help page says submissions are retained for 30 days. Email copies may remain in the recipient mailbox under that mailbox’s settings. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms for its own processing details. FormSubmit privacy terms.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about an enquiry or request deletion of the copy held in the recipient mailbox, email [email protected] and identify the enquiry. This website is a static brochure and does not create a booking contract.
